Workers frequently struggle to distinguish between their professional and personal lives. For example, when working, you may be preoccupied with personal issues, or vice versa. As a result, you are overburdened by the demands of both tasks.
Healthy plans and routines can help you establish boundaries between your personal and professional lives. Making healthy plans and morning routines, such as getting up on time, eating breakfast, and exercising before heading to the office, allows you to work with a clear mind and focus.

When working, try to focus solely on office business and avoid combining it with personal business, and vice versa. If there is no urgent business, avoid working outside of working hours; conversely, do not work on personal or business matters outside of the office during working hours.
2. Prioritize your work
When working, you must prioritize what needs to be done. Begin by completing urgent and important tasks, followed by less urgent tasks. Prioritizing allows you to focus your energy, time, and mind on tasks that must be completed immediately.
3. Take time to rest
To avoid burnout, you must know when to take a break or leave. Taking a break allows you to regain energy and return to work at your peak performance. You can use your time off to go on a vacation or to do other things you've always wanted to do but haven't had the time for.
4. Practice self-care
